Activities & programs

Life Enrichment Therapists provide diverse programming from one-to-one activities to facility-wide events. Regular activities include exercise classes, fall prevention programs, bingo, knitting, scrabble, cribbage, pub nights, shuffleboard, poker, snooker, and darts. Residents enjoy day trips, outdoor barbecues, and concerts in our garden. Religious services include Anglican, Roman Catholic, and Interdenominational worship. Seasonal celebrations and special events create meaningful engagement opportunities for all residents throughout the year.

Dining

Our Clinical Dietician creates nutritious menus in collaboration with a resident food advisory committee. Three meals are served daily in our dining room, plus nourishments three times daily to ensure nutritional needs are met. We accommodate special diets including diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, low sodium, and vegetarian options, as well as texture-modified meals for residents with swallowing difficulties.
