Residents enjoy nutritious meals prepared by a registered dietitian, served in both individual unit dining areas and a communal dining room. Cultural and dietary preferences are honoured. Twice monthly, residents choose an "order in" night or outdoor BBQ, with pizza and Chinese food among the favourites. A resident couples luncheon is held annually. Cooking and baking activities in the activity room kitchen are offered twice a week for residents who enjoy hands-on food preparation.
