Activities & programs

The Fireside Room hosts organized activities including games, reading, Wheel of Fortune, and a monthly Pub Night, all coordinated by the LTC Programs Manager. A volunteer plays piano in the Fireside Lounge every Sunday. Physiotherapy and Recreation staff lead two exercise classes and two walking classes weekly. The spacious dining room seats 88 and features a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher, available for resident use with assistance. An enclosed outdoor patio off the dining room is fully furnished with windows and screens, offering a comfortable spot to enjoy meals or coffee while overlooking Lake Superior. Special events include an annual Christmas Supper prepared with the dietary team.
