Three meals daily plus three snacks (10 AM, 2:30 PM, 7 PM). Breakfast 8–9 AM; lunch and supper staggered by home area. A Registered Dietitian with 20+ years of LTC experience oversees individualized and culturally specific menus. Special diets include diabetic, gluten-free, puree, renal, low sodium, minced, vegetarian, and thickened fluids. Seasonal menus are approved by residents twice yearly through monthly Food Committee meetings. Chinese wok cooking available on the Chinese Unit.
