Northern Heights offers a rich variety of daily programs and activities designed to promote friendship, fun, and lifelong learning. Residents enjoy recreation and leisure programs, rehabilitation and exercise classes, and social activities. The home's Circle approach puts each resident at the centre of their experience, supporting active participation at any level. Programs are available throughout the home's five Resident Home Areas with dedicated activity spaces in each wing.

Dining

Nutritious and delicious meals and snacks are prepared daily and served in each of the five Resident Home Areas' own dining room, with patios off the dining rooms offering scenic views. Menus are tailored to meet dietary needs, including texture modification and special diets. Input from the Residents' Council shapes menus regularly. All meals and snacks are included in the daily rate. A full kitchen on-site supports fresh meal preparation.
