Our recreation programs enhance well-being through meaningful activities. Physical: exercise classes, walking clubs, dance therapy. Social: group games, board/card games, themed parties, movie nights. Cognitive: trivia, crafting workshops, book clubs. Therapeutic: music therapy, pet therapy, reminiscence therapy. We celebrate birthdays, holidays, and host workshops including the Virtual Dementia Tour® for education and awareness.

Dining

At Markhaven, meals are special times for sharing and nourishment. All meals are cooked fresh on-site by our dietary team. We have 4 dining rooms with warm vibes and windows overlooking nature. Our 4-week rotating menu features diverse flavors and cuisines, with seasonal items throughout the year. Residents can participate in quarterly Food Committee meetings. Breakfast at 8:30am, lunch at 12pm, dinner at 5pm, with snacks at 10:30am, 2:30pm, and 7:30pm.
