Activities & programs

Our qualified recreation team provides engaging group and individual programs seven days a week, including holidays. Activities are designed around five wellness domains: physical fitness programs, intellectual stimulation activities, emotional support groups, spiritual services and celebrations, and social engagement opportunities. Programming reflects our diverse resident community with cultural celebrations and tailored events. Monthly activity calendars are developed with input from residents and families through our Resident and Family Councils.

Dining

Our dining service provides three delicious, nutritious meals daily prepared by our culinary team in a pleasant dining environment. Menu choices are available at every meal with regular variety to suit different tastes and preferences. Our registered dietitian develops individualized nutritional care plans for residents with specific dietary needs, including modified diets, texture-modified foods, and accommodations for allergies and restrictions. Meals meet Canada's Food Guide standards. Residents receive support and encouragement at mealtimes as needed.
